  • Basic Life — Term coverage that pays a set amount to the named beneficiary upon the death of the insured. 
  • Supplemental or Voluntary Life — Additional Term or Permanent Life insurance that can be purchased by employees on a voluntary basis at a discounted group rate.

Employers often provide standard short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance to meet federal guidelines, which we offer to your clients as well as additional disability coverage.

  • Short Term Disability (STD) - Includes flexible options for benefit durations, weekly benefit amounts and non-occupational or 24-hour coverage.
  • Long Term Disability (LTD) - Includes flexible options for benefit durations, monthly benefit amounts and employee-buy-up plans.

  • Our Dental Plans significantly reduce out-of-pocket expenses for your clients and their employees and offer a variety of diagnostic, preventative care and corrective services. This includes cleanings, exams, x‑rays, fillings, root canals, orthodontia for children and emergency care while traveling.
  • Our Vision Plans generally include annual eye exams, glasses, frames and contact lenses and discounts on procedures such as LASIK. These plans are available to groups and individuals.

Worksite Benefits (aka voluntary or ancillary benefits) are additional products we offer for your group clients and their employees. Voluntary benefits are insurance plans or programs which an employee can purchase through their employer to expand their employee benefits or fill in gaps in their employer coverage. Even though employees pay their own premiums for worksite benefits, they enjoy a discounted group rate and pay for them through pre-taxed payroll deductions, making them very affordable. Voluntary benefits present a unique cross-sell” opportunity for our brokers, as recent national surveys indicate that employers view them as a real solution to challenging rising benefit costs. Also, employee satisfaction and overall production are higher with employers who offer voluntary benefits as part of the benefits offering.
